  • It's relatively rare and difficult for students to get internships as high school students, especially if they lack the connections or don't live in a major city. But, internships are great  opportunities for students to test their interests in the real world while developing lifelong skills.

At LEP, we leveled up internships to apprenticeships. Apprenticeships are 100% remote and conducted with a professional who will guide you through a project related to your career interests. From doing market research for a company's new venture to increasing tourism to a small neighborhood that's facing gentrification, our students have made real impacts for businesses and communities.

  • If you or your student are beginning to have questions around what they should be focusing on or when they should be completing something, it’s the right time to start. Our students most frequently start between 6th-9th grade, but they all have different needs. For example, one 9th grader already knew she wanted to study law at a top 10 university while another 8th grader’s parent wanted an expert to help with major and career exploration to help motivate the student as they enter high school. We have also designed unique packages where we consult the parent separately or the parent and student together to ease the student into consulting. We highly encourage you to schedule a free consultation with us to explore your options.

  • While our team is highly specialized for Ivy League level applications, less than 50% of our students are aiming for these institutions. More often, parents choose to work with us because they prefer our boutique-style consulting, emphasis on lifelong skills, and the opportunity to do apprenticeships.
